A deposit of $500 holds your puppy, including on unborn or very young litters. Deposits are non-refundable. If a suitable puppy isn't available from the litter your deposit was intended for, we'll move your deposit to the next available litter rather than refund it. If you're unable to pick up your puppy, no monies are refunded.

We accept PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and Apple Pay for deposits only. Credit card deposit payments are final and cannot be disputed or credited for any reason. The remaining balance is due in cash upon pickup at 8 weeks of age, or paid in full by 6 weeks of age if your puppy is being shipped.

Puppies are ready for pickup or shipping at 8 weeks of age. We keep puppies with us through 7 weeks so we can complete temperament testing and match each puppy to the right home based on the personality we've observed since birth. We've used this matching process for over 20 years.

Yes, worldwide. We partner with Delta and United Airlines and use their Pet Safe Program, which includes climate controlled travel areas. We select flights based on total travel time and layovers, and we provide all required health certificates. Buyers are responsible for airline fees. We also now offer a Flight Nanny service, where your puppy flies in cabin and is delivered directly to you.

Our breeding dogs are tested through OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals), and many carry ADRK HD/ED clearances, JLPP clear results, and normal cardiac echo results. Roughly 9 out of 10 Von Ruelmann offspring submitted to OFA for hip evaluation receive passing ratings.

Yes. We breed purebred, AKC registered Rottweiler puppies from German import and German working/show bloodlines, and we specialize in preservation of the breed using breeding techniques over 100 years old. Our stud dogs and dams carry titles through AKC, ADRK, USRC, and FCI.

Yes, for the life of your dog. We offer 100% breeder support and typically respond to calls or emails within 24 hours. Every puppy also receives lifetime nutritional support from Suzie Bolognesi, an advanced certified pet food nutrition specialist. If you didn't get your dog from us, nutrition consults are still available for a small fee based on time spent.

German lines are bred to the ADRK standard, which places heavy emphasis on temperament testing, working ability, and structural soundness, not just appearance. Our dogs carry titles like IGP, VPG, ZTP, and BH, which reflect verified working temperament and drive, alongside conformation show results in AKC, FCI, and ADRK venues.
